Cilinder design and manufacturing for reciprocating compressors
Psicon can design and manufacture cylinders to your specifications or to match OEM specifications. When designing new cylinder bodies we can often utilize existing valves, piston and rod assembly, packing case.
The new cylinders we design maintain the same centerline dimensions as the existing cylinder which allows the existing pulsation bottles to be reused and minimizes the capital cost to install new cylinders.
The cylinders are manufactured in our production location in Europe as well as with our Recompress partner in the USA.
